As for me personally much as it would be nice to see those changes the major flaws of the game lay elsewhere. But I would support this petition for the Toolset. That would be appreaciated by many i believe.

Thank god someone figured out that you can switch character with AOE circle out to allow for more accurate aiming, a detachable camera still should be patched into the game though.
Good to know, thanks !! It will help in the meantime.

They've explained why there's no camera, you obviously haven't done research, they also explained why you can't queue...
I know why the tactical view is gone, so don't pretend things you don't know, obvioulsy. I could go ahead and write a huge post on how I did all my research and everything, pretty sure people would stop reading after the first line. Stop assuming, or go find another thread.

And yet that dosn't change the fact that both of those issues make a boat load of fail sauce.
Note: Fail sauce is not to be used with hot wings lest you inadvertaly raise the dead, that is all.

Don't try to speak for all of us. You have legitimate points but I hate it when people do this. Its not 'Your PC fans', its DownyTif.
I don't think any PC user is glad that iso view is removed and if you are then ...
This.... if you are go back to playing God of War....honestly though DA2 beyond saving... the cmbat itself is way to fast paced and you will always have another wave spawn out of nowhere....laughable to go from origins to this...

^This this and this
Enemies jumping from literally nowhere, comming out from closed rooms, from behind trees, from your pocket, your momas' couch.. annoying.
As for OP, i 100% agree and would like to add, an inventory for the rest of the party along with possibility to change their outfit (like in DA:O).

I want these things:
- Revamped UI. Take up less space and not be so redundant. Fix the issue with the UI being very small on low resolutions (typical of static UIs). Better yet, allow us to mod this somehow.
- Patch the DX11 renderer to not be so buggy. It's not an nvidia/ati thing, it's your renderer being really simplistic and flawed. One issue is that it doesn't pipeline properly or do occlusion queries efficiently.
- Toolset so we can mod properly without having to use the DA:O toolset in a gimmicky fashion

5- The toolset!!!
Infact, I am going to purchase the game when/if they intergrate Dragon age 2 with the current toolset and the DA:O content, I've already said this in multiple threads and I say it here as well.

Basically, it has to do about designing the levels in a way that doesn't break the game by allowing a tactical view and they went "Not enough time or money to implement this." and threw it out.

I'm a PC gamer I really don't care about any of the points you listed there. I just want this ridiculous combat system removed in place of the old one.
Thanks for contributing. I've been told by many that my thread was, at first, too generic. And even if you don't agree with the points I listed, I thank you for replying because you have been constructive

You have a binary poll. Either buy the game or don't. You can complain as much as you want, when you buy the game, your opinion is invalid. Until a game no longer sells well, the developer / publisher will do whatever they want.

Yeah you're probably right. But for those who bought the game, that's where the modders are extremely valuable (when they have a toolset, on PC). They can totaly change the experience.

How come there's no way to make my allies stay put? During many encounters I want to tell them not to go running towards the big baddy who is about to explode all over them, but in order to do that I have to keep clicking them and telling them to move as far away as possible. I'm really hoping this is just some function that I haven't seen on the ui yet, but if not it's a huge mistake to not be able to tell your allies to stay put.

Go check the 2nd page on this thread and look for Naitaka reply with the picture. There is a small hand on the bottom left of the screen. This is the option you are looking for if I understand you correctly.
