I bet I'd get mine faster if I was a member of the glorious British master race instead of being a lowly, dirty for'n devil!

Well, other than me also writing to
Amazon to say "P.S. and Morbo and Druss99, please. They hate getting
stuff on time and prefer it to turn up fashionably late. You know how
it is."

Ack, my one true weakness has been exposed. :(

The ping pong balls were a US exclusive.

Apparently amazon had been sending out peoples orders on monday. The gits, clearly they are trying to besmirch us.

Well well, look who was the first person in the thread with a registered copy of DA2 under her name!

If the tracking info is correct, the postal services here haven't even received my copy yet, despite Amazon having dispatched it like 20 hours ago.
So there's prolly some Amazon guy with my order that got lost somewhere in the English countryside while on the way to the airport. Bet he got waylaid by a rabid pack of chavs. :(

My copy has been on the delivery van since 8am. I guess it takes quite a few hours to ensure it's properly broken prior to delivery. (Actually to be fair I think the driver's okay, it's the depot where things get the "postage endurance test".)

Mine aint turned up either and I've no way to track it. I assume it is coming with the normal postie in the mornings as I believe its only dvd sized and he is long gone. Unless it comes in some sort of van I ain't getting it today. Which is an outrage as I'm quite lovely.

Lets all shun Moondoggie for daring to get hers first until we get ours. The git probably won't notice anyway as she is away playing it.

Well...my SE arrived today....stunning service.....

As an aside, the sword and shield pre-order bonus are in my list of registered content once I registered my SE on the site, so 'hopefully', the rest of us UK people who ordered the SE 'will' get them :)

I shall cross my fingers for you guys :)

What Auto thingy chap? I know of no such person.

Next person who comes to my door not brandishing my game is getting put in a submission hold and being made an example of.

Blimey. The registration process sucks. I've lost count of how many times I've had to enter my registration details, and wasn't the Signature Edition supposed to include The Black Emporium etc? It's not giving me any DLC at all.

Yeah, I did all that.  I've contacted support but I don't anticipate getting a response.  I guess I'll have to look into "alternative means" which kind of sucks when it's something you've paid for.  Perhaps EA could remind me exactly who are the pirates here, because I've kept up my end of the bargain... <_<

Well that's a tad weird. I hope those EA support slaves can put their collective brains together and figure something out >.>

I suppose I expected this to happen. The whole Signature Edition thing has been an utter fiasco from start to finish. Add to that the thing about the guy being locked out of his games for making a slight criticism of Bioware and that there's another PR gaffe in the making over the nature of its DRM and... well, it's all been a bit crap, really. My "customer experience" has left a lot to be desired.

Well i can see that guy being locked out of his games being a PR nightmare it'll just give certain people more ammunition than they were already using. Unfortunately the guy accepted a licence agreement that says EA can do what the hell they damn like. I don't think anyone ever reads the licence agreement XD I guess it's no different than a store banning you for being abusive though stores don't have the power to stop you using their products.

The Signiture Editions have been rarther messy they really should learn how to organise these offers correctly if they want to implement them.

Have you tried checking in game or just your registered game promotions on here? Because this site has been playing up for days and it just might not be showing up.

Remember that EULAs can't trump statutory rights: regardless of what he ostensibly agreed to, it's his, and I suspect that EA won't want to test this one in the courts; even here in the UK, it's unlikely to end well.  It seems that the main purpose of EULAs is to convince customers that they have less rights than is actually the case in order to put them off challenging it, which works in many cases, though for others (me included) it just causes even more annoyance.

The whole Signature Edition concept was a total and utter disaster.  I'm astonished anybody actually thought it was a good idea let alone followed through with it.  They've alienated a huge number of people over this; as for me... well, given that they've shown they have a hair-trigger over suspending people's accounts, perhaps I've already said enough. :?
