 I have been all over Sundermount looking for this Heart from the elven construct that you need and can't find any sort of clue anywhere. Anyone figure out something about this?

Ironbark you mean? Talk to the Dailish crafter and he will point you to the bark.

I need help on this too, i cant find a Varterral anywhere.

@ashwind The Ironbark is for part 1 of the quest, once you get to the next chapter of the game basically you get another quest to find 3 different items, and thats when you need the Varterral Heart

I saw someone on JTV found it, it is definately in Sundermount, but not in the first area I believe, I think it's on the mountaintop where you went with Merril for the grave, but I'm having trouble personally trying to find it too.

Ive been all over sundermount, even in the new opened cave, still cant get past the door in the first cave though, im guessing thats where the mob is, since ive cleared out everything else.

You encounter the Varterral during Merril's companion quest to repair the mirror in her house.

same problem, cleared the dragon and then went to the recently opened cave but still can't find the varterral's heart

In her house in the Alienage, NE Corner of the map, near the old house in Lowtown. I still cant get her to give me a quest though =/

Have you tried purchasing the gift that the Dalish Craftsmen sells?

He sells an item that leads to a quest saying something about try giving this to Merrill to see if she wants it. I haven't tried it yet, maybe that's the unknown.

The item costs 5 gold and you have to give it to her while she's in her home.

Anyone know why i might be having trouble talking to hubert to initiate the bone pit so i can finish the herbalist tasks?

Bioware should probably move the blasted quest marker off of Sundermount until after you can actually find it there <_<
But it was fun learning I could beat up a Mature Dragon with 3 mages and a rogue

And again, the forum title itself is the spoiler warning. Being rude to someone because they mentioned a spoiler when you've already been warned is entirely uncalled for. It was a valid part of Klace's response. If someone was looking for the item and had already past that point in the story they would know where to look. It's hardly Klace's fault you're not there yet or haven't seen that spoiled in any of the dozens of other threads where it was revealed.

You get her quest only after talking to the viscount about the qunari for the second time.

I found all 3 items for solivitus (flower, ink, hear). But when I went to him to finish the quest nothing happens. I checked my journal and it has a checkmark that says he received all 3 items but my quest wont finish? Anyone got some input?

I got to the end of the game with only one of them and never met Zevran.  I must have missed something.  Then again, my character died in the big boss fight, so I'm re-doing from "year four" and taking every side-quest I can to gain more XP for him.

Well I killed the varterral in merrils quest but did not get the heart. You mean to tell me I need to wait till act 3?
