1.) You will need a few things together before you get started. You need your receipt from Bestbuy and your DA2 manual that came in your game case. Sign the receipt then flip your manual over and sign by the bottom to the left of the barcode. Take pictures of the back of the manual as a whole, zoom in on the sig/barcode, and the receipt up close. All in all I had 4 pictures to send him, and YES you have to sign the book, no way around it. (I HATED to do this!)
2.) Visit support.ea.com/app/chat/chat_landing and get in que.
3.) They will ask you for your info and for the scans you took.
4.) My support person then asked me what specifically I was missing and I told him Amulet of Ashes, Fadeshear, and the Shield of Orlais. He provided me with a code for the amulet then went in to my account and added the sword and shield.
Note: I also asked if he had received other's complaints and he said they had quite a few.
In the end you will get your items and no more frustration, the que may take up to 30min though, so be prepared to wait. Like I said above if you do this and it works please post so people know it's trustworthy!
