I Pre-ordered my game from gamestop and went to pick it up, the recept says that I do not need a code for the pre-order bonus content, however when I got into the game, I didn't have the stuff. So I checked the gamestop website the gave me and did as it explained to get the content, NOTHING HAPPENED.
Is this some sort of bug? Or perhaps I did something wrong please help.

You need to type your upc code from the back of the PS3 box into the bioware social registration page. This should unlock it for you, worked for me.
