After getting the run around with Best Buy and the customer service rep not even knowing that the items/codes existed. I contacted EA directly and after about half an hour in the queue I was able to talk to a live representative that gave me codes for the pre order items. If you are tired of waiting on Best Buy to figure out how to handle a promotional situation ably, then try EA they are extremely helpful.<3

Same issue, except I waited in que for bioware live chat rep and he added it to my account!

Thanks for the advice. I couldn't believe how incompetent Best Buy was about this situation. They had no clue that they even had a promotion going on! I'll contact EA/Bioware about this and hopefully I can get my items.
