Hi,

First things first. Thank you BioWare for giving us so much opportunities with the love interests. It's fun to see how fluid the story can be for everyone and how the situations can vary upon the playthroughs.

There's only one thing that annoys the hell of out me. It's Sebastian. Why does he have to be the only one straight male character that I actually planned to date with my Male Hawke? 

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who would prefer having him over Anders and Fenris. Just my opinion­.

Also, am I the only one who found the Anders' romance a bit too cheesy?

I'm guessing it has something to do with his vowels. According to the wikia, you can't "do the deed" with him, ever.

Too bad, because he's the most charismatic love interest in my opinion. I don't like Fenris that much and Anders just creeps me out... I used to like him better in Awakening, honestly.

This is half tongue in cheek, but the only thing I'm terribly disappointed in is the overbearing presence of pants. Even "Hawke" with no clothes has pants.

I kinda had a pout when I had my sex scene with Anders. Oh... a hug! Oh... fade to black? Why? ... *sighs* I guess it's better in your imagination, anyways. Not that Anders was my actual main love interest in my head. I was more interested into Sebastian and Isabela... I'll do Isabela for my female playthrough, since Sebastian was confirmed to NOT be a love interest by David, above.

I did the romance with Anders first. Towards the middle and end I liked it. The kinda forceful kiss in Darktown was nice. I would have liked some fan-service, but the fade to black was alright too. The beginning, however, I don't know, I was hardly aware I was romancing him. Sure, I chose the heart symbol conversation choices, but Anders didn't seem that enthused but then he suddenly was. It seemed kind of extreme to go from "Eh," to "You're the brightest thing in Kirkwall."

Don't you think he was like out of character or something? I feel like he's so different of his younger version in Amaranthine. Maybe it's because if Justice or the fact he's so into cats, but the way he acts reminds me of a big feline.

I agree. I understand trying to tie things together by using him, but DA2 Anders is so different from his Awakening counterpart that he could have been a totally new character. The change could be justified by his being a vessel for Justice/Vengeance, but they didn't push that angle enough for my liking.

For Anders, when you talk to him at the clinic after doing his quest, what are the right option to take in order to start a relationship? I made him say that he can't get involved because of justice

Which act are you in? Playing female or male Hawke?

I play female Hawke skip the first flirt in Act 1 after finish his quest(I like man with dark past), and choose the second flirt following it(forgot exact word), resulting him... paraphrase-"No,I can't because I will hurt you."

Which gets me very bored and flirt with Fenris instead, it was fun at first because of his awkward reaction to it but I get tired with Fenris' voice after a few dialog exchange, so I give up...

Anders has some multitasking to work on - his 'spiritual guest', being a mage comedian and li - I pass and do my best to ignore Fenris voice instead

So far the only one i've been able to romance is Isabella [which was more of a one night stand from the looks of it

how long till i can start the romance with Merril, so far we seem to be just friends

Im still on my first run through. Male hawk whose in love with marrill. she fitted his Pro mage/Pro freedom personality. and shes cute when she rambles. I only wished they had a female dwarf LI. hopefully in a future dlc.

when dose the romance start cause iam past the deep roads and the only [female] character thats intrested in my Hawke is Isabela

Don't give up just because he's a teensy bit reluctant at first.
