it sure is!

(although I think you need it to activate the game and such, but I played without being logged in)

Really? I read something on the back at the game, which I understod like that you can't play without internet, and my friend said that too. But that sounds awesome.

You must activate it once on the internet when you first install the game. After that you can play without being connected.
