Just wondering, apparently if you bring Bethany to the Deep Roads Expedition, something will happen to her, and she won't be available to you. But if you don't bring her, then the Templars will take her to the Circle of Magi. Anyway to make sure she stays in your group?

The Dragon Age Wiki states that either way Bethany will leave the group.

Haven't tried it, i'm still doing jobs to get the money for the expedition.

Depending on which option you choose and which path you take she may show up toward the end and fight with you again along with various cameo appearances along the way.
