How do I access my other character's profiles in DA1? It does show that I have 2 other characters and they have screenshots, but I don't know how to access them so I can look at those screen shots. I want to be able to show DA1 gameplay to a friend.

Try deleting some screenshots from your profile and see if the sync goes through. I noticed you're at your max number of files allowed.
