I have the signature edition, and i put in the online pass yesterday at http://dragonage.bioware.com/redeem.
Yet when i enter the game and click "downloadable content", nothing appears. Now when i try to re-enter the code, it tells me that the code has already been used. I'm not really sure what to do.
I'm also having the problem that i can't log into the server (in game) unless im using directx 9. maybe the two problems are related

I too am having the exact same problem. Enter the code, it says successful, start the game, and nothing is there. Does the EA support actually do anything to solve this?

OK, so it appears they're just not that specific in how they explain to make this work. Once you unlock it, make sure you're signed into the same account on the bioware network, then look at the menu to your left and click on "my unlockable content" or something similar. It will take to you a page with a list of content you have available for download.

I was having the same problem with the DLC too, if you go to your redeemed items/content page you can manually install the programs, it looks like the DLC page in game is just messed up, installed the content it ran fine http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

I had this issue as well and found that I logged into the my game account from inside the game, quit, then went back to my account settings on the Bioware Social area and checked my content, it worked. The process for the Download takes about 30 seconds to initiate but once you get one of them going the other 2 plus the music file are easily downloaded.

There is no more download manager within game anymore.
Any DLC you will have to get it form the Bioware Registered Promotion change

Just click on "More Info" of the DLC in the list and download it. THen install it when its done.
The only exceptions are Unlockable. Those are things already in the game DVD when it shipped.
These just require registration on your EA account. You can check them in the game's main menu. Under
Extras -> Unlockables
The DLCs you can see by clicking on "Downloadable Content" and it will list all the DLCs you have installed. It is misleading, since that is not where you actually download them, but a list of what you already installed.
