I just discovered this by accident and I dunno if it was previously discovered.
When you go to turn in the Shawl of Dalesdottir side quest you can keep turning it in and you get 250 XP and 50s each time. This can be done repeatedly until a large fortune is amassed and higher levels are attained.
I've never seen anything quite like this in a game. In 10 minutes I got enough XP to level up to 40, and I only have 4 characters and im only about 6 hours into the game.
