Redeemed promo code on wrong account. -.-

Ok, so yesterday, I picked up my pre-ordered signature edition of Dragon Age2. It came with a promo code to redeem here at Bioware Social Network for extra game content. Code worked, but here's the thing, I used the code
on the wrong account. See for the longest time, I guess, without exactly knowing, I was using an account I made on hre back in 2008 that ISN'T associated with the EA account I use to log into the dragon age servers.

So, last night I needed to make a second Bioware account, the proper one, that my xbox uses to log me into Dragon Age servers.

Ok so i still have the promo code, retail version of the games proof of purchase and pretty much everything that confirms I am the legit owner of the game, so with all that do you think it would be unreasonable to ask that all the content I received with my promo code to be moved to the proper account?

Link in that thread *MAY* help you. I would say if the old account is fine for you to use since you already redeemed the code, link your gamertag to that account unless other EA games would be an issue with that.

If you try this, log in to the old account for EA first before that link.

Well I'm not sure. Because the old one isn't linked to EA. The one I'm using now is. Also Since the e-mail address for this account AND on my X-box is different than the one that I redeemed the code on, I'm afraid if even if I link my gamertag to the account with the rewards, it still wouldn't work. The E-mail address for this account and my X-box live are the same, so I really do fear that linking my gamertag to a different E-mail address will only make it worse.

I mean I don't see why it would be a problem that as long as I can prove I'm the real owner of the game, they can't send me a new promo code or at least move the rewards over to this account.

Well that was nice EA sent me a new promo code with the signature rewards. O_O. Now I need to know how to link gamertag

I had the same problem earlier today I just recreated my account logging in with my EA account info and it automatically synced my profile.
