Is there any point to the various non-chests/stores there, other than mild amusement? By that I mean the golem, statue of andraste, etc.

And could someone explain the Mirror? Does it only change appearance? Based on the descriptions, it sounds like it changes more than that. As a result, I've been afraid to try it...

I used the mirror last night. The only thing it allowed me to do was change my appearence.

...Thanks. Perhaps I should rephrase. What exactly is necessary to get it in game, if I've already redeems all the promo codes, should it show up under DLC in the game menu? or, as the game was purchased over steam, will steam have taken care of download/install? Because, it ISN'T on my map.

I have registered my promotions, and I still can't see it on my map :(

Anyone know why?

But did you actually download it? If you're on PC, click 'More Information' on the right here:

Also, are you selecting the night version of Kirkwall? It's not on the day map.

Assuming you activated everything alright (not the easiest, it took me about 30 mintues to figure out how to get bonus stuff to appear), have you checked your special delivery box? I'm pretty sure you get a token and a note talking about the Emporium. It's either in the box or at the writing desk. After that, it should appear on the map.

Aye, you can purchase a potion from the Emporium that allows you to fully re-spec your characters. Costs 1 gold, 34 silver and some copper.

So the mirror doesn't do anything other than change your appearance?? Are we sure about this?

Yes we are sure about this. The reason it says it changes memories is that your companions don't all of a suddenly go "Who the hell are you???!!!! What have you done with Hawke!!???"
