 I don't include tech specs here, 'cause it's definitely not a technical issue of my PC.

I've been playing DA2 for quite a while and everything was alright until I installed The Black Emporium DLC. Right after that the face of my character disappeared! The 3D model was gone.

I went to the Emporium and set up a new one. But it wasn't a solution because each time my char got in the shadows his face on portrait, in inventory and everywhere became black, just black skin and bright eyes on it.

I uninstalled the Emporium and it was fine. Now I've got some unlockable items in DA Legends on Facebook, they were added to my account and to the game I play - and now the face is gone again.

I am having the same problem. I start a new char and everything seems fine. then I save and exit and when I come back no face and a majority of the female char's have no face either
