I am about 15 hours in game and have yet to find a way to equip/inscribe my runes onto my weapons/armor. How do do this? I have heard someone say to find Sandal in Hightown, but I can't find him anywhere. Is there some other way? Thanks for any help.

Also, where  is the search button on the bioware social network forums? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
