I installed the game after redeem my dragon age 2 online pass and when i start the game and log my account in, no dlc was appeared on the dlc menu.

How can i get it back?

the DLC has to be downloaded from the social network "promotion" page then installed manually. I had done the preload so I do not know what the "online pass" is. Can you enlighten me ?

I'm in the same boat, redeemed my preorder and emporium codes, double checked and it says they have infact already been redeemed , but none of the content shows up ingame, is there another step to accessing it that I'm missing?

EDIT:.... Promotion page? ok i'm a little silly I don't see any link to a promotion page, could you slap one in or direct me to what catagory that link is under?

@Ashnarug: This pass come in the box with a code to get access to de black emporium bonus content and the exiled prince if you got the signatures edition of dragon age.

thanks for the info on the online pass. I miswrote. They should show in your "profile game registered game content. The Black Emporium, Exile Prince and both Signature edition content and soundtrack have to be downloaded to your harddisk, they are not ingame downloads. Once installed they will appear on the DLC page of the game.

Why bioware dont make dlc like mass effect 2? its more easier to get access to our stuff by download it on the network site, no?

Thanks for the help Ashnarug , finnally got emporium downloaded, looks like i just havent' reached far enough for the other items, I thought it was refering to the uncles house. Thanks again, good luck everyone
