Just because I can't seem to stop pestering people who HAVE got the full game (damn Americans)...

When the demo was released, quite a few people said there were some issues with the demo that might be ironed out by the full game. Is this the case? Apart from the now (hopefully) unlocked features, does the demo actually differ at all from the full game?
(I'm thinking specifically the clunky way FemHawke runs and whether the various weapons have been tweaked as far as how powerful they are.)
