I can think of a couple.  These aren't ones I want necessarily for their fighting abilities, I want them just because I think it'd be fun to have them around.

Shiala, the Thorian's captive.  There's just something I like about her manner of speaking, especially in ME2 when you run into her on Ilium.  As someone who followed Matriarch Benezia and Saren, she'd also have a very unique perspective on Reaper indoctrination that could come in useful.  Possibility for interesting inter party banter and conversations with Liara on the subject of Benezia.

Gianna Parisini, Noveria Internal Affairs officer.  Another character that was fun to talk to.  Her background is security and law enforcement, so as a squaddie she may have something to offer in terms of breaking security (hacking type stuff).

Aria T'Loak, Queen (if you're feeling dramatic) of Omega.  If she can kick the hell out of a Krogan and keep him as a pet for 4 centuries, I'd guess she could whip some ass on a pretty good scale.

Captain Bailey, C-Sec.  He has a way of getting things done.  That could be valuable.

Kal'Reegar, Migrant Fleet Marines.  Anyone who would refer to those pompous Quarian admirals as ****s is good in my book.

Slightly more serious, I think Andersen would be interesting as a fighter, and I'd like some of the Normandys crew to fight too, Gabby, Ken and Rupert for example.

I love Bailey, Aria, and Gianna, but they do such a smashing job as NPCs that I think they should stay where they are. Shiala is boring as a character, even though her backstory is fairly intriguing, and Samara and Liara outawesome her by a long shot.

Kal'Reegar? I could roll with that.

Shiala, The Consort, & Lizbeth/Juliana Baynham (was disappointed that their story wasn't continued in ME2). Pretty much everyone that emailed you in ME2 i'd like to run into in ME3.

I agree about Kal'Reegar and Aria. Bailey seemed like a nice guy, and even though I wouldn't have guessed he was anywhere near capable enough to be on Shepard's team from what I saw in-game, the comic about him suggests otherwise.

I know they're part of your crew of the SR1 but I still count them as minor characters, i'd quite like to see some of the original crew to see the SR2 and meet the crew.

Mr Kal'Reggar was awesome. Anything to do with Adam Baldwin is already awesome so it could only benefit ME3 to have some Reggar.
