Since the playstation store is down for the next few hours I can't access the free DCL that came with pre-order. Am I still able to start a game, then download content later? Or does it have to be done before hand?

You lucky git gettin it today, I should have if game posted it before 12 yesterday but they didn't

But to answer you question, yes you should be able to start the game without the content and add it in later, however it is not clear if we will have to wait till Friday to active the codes due to that being the actual release date.

Thanks. I would hate to get into the game only to have to re play it.
