 kay so, i might be a noob here but i'm getting incredibly frustrated with my DA:2
I have already contacted EA expressioning my concerns, and they were going to "hand it off to a senior person"
so it's a waiting game, but meanwhile maybe someone can help me out?

First, my staff of parthalan. Hindsight belt, boots of frozen wastes are not showing up.
No matter how many times i go and click to get registered IT DOES NOT SHOW UP!

Especially with my exhiled prince i got through my XBOX, the sceen popped up in my run-in with him within the game, but now its saying "its completed" when i didnt even go on a dam* mission or ANYTHING!

Also, when i pre-ordered my copy i requested "dragon age signature edition" but the EB games person
said there is no difference between the two so i just got DA:2 when finding out you get half the unlockables!?
Even then I PRE-ORDERED... with the unlockables it says that "when pre-ordering blah blah you get this item"

I didnt even get a code NOR a person telling me, they didnt even ask for my e-mail address?
IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM? or am i some unlucky person

Maybe this is a whole bunch of whining but when i pay 70+ for a game i want everything included you know?
I'm kind've upset with DA:2 i love DA:O but there is so many bugs!!

Take a deep breath.....Okay, I have had similar problems. I did the support email thing and I am still waiting for an answer....You are not alone. Everything shows up on my registered game content, but when I'm online in-game I can't access my stuff either. My gamer tag is not in sync with the Bioware content page...I am upset too....But we are at the mercy of the support team I suppose.

Well.. at least i'm not alone? have you had problems with the "exiled prince" as well or just pretty much everything?

I downloaded it and it is showing up as downloaded but I have not seen it in game yet. I figured I have not triggered the quest yet. Am I suppose to be able to see the quest on the map yet? I have not gotten very far in the game...I have been online trying to find out how to get my content.

Im having a similar problem, Have either of you found a solution yet?
Edit: I mean with the DLC showing up in the registered content page but not appearing ingame.

when you go the chantry i cut-scene will come in, and at the board it will ask if you accept his revenge or not.. but when i accepted it.. it went right into "completed quests" im painfully going to make another person

I have not found a solution and EA doesn't really help much.
I've also noticed when you can bring your DA:O story into the game, it doesnt allow you to "this game is not complete" blah blah,

When you complete the chantry cutscene, it should close the "exiled prince" quest and open the "Duty" quest.

Edit: minor correction, it closes the exiled prince and adds duty to the chanters board.

 Hey what's going on people?  I too am having this problem.  How do I register my gamer tag to the server?  I was getting alittle P O'd too.  Any info on how to get my dlc and registered game content will be greatly appreciated.

Yes i'm logged on right now, and i still can't get it to work...
I too am trying to put my gamer tag in my profile to see if will work, but i dont know how?

I am having similiar problems with half my gear missing. I am also a tad confused about the exiled prince dlc. I have the signature edition, have input all my codes but i have no option to download it. It is in the marketplace to download, but they want me to pay for it. Have I missed a code somewhere? was the code on a seperate sheet in the game case or in the manual? It does not say I have it in my registered game content.

Same thing happened to me. I know for a fact that I completed everything in preparation to import it. Very ticked off!

Okay I found out something about my predicament, when I first joined Xbox Live & EA.com I didnt have an email account, so I used my cousins account. Then I got my own email for Xbox Live but my gamertag is linked to my cousins account still, and apparently will be forever, or I can pay 30 bucks to transfer accounts which is pretty stupid. If is's so easy to change email addresses for Xbox why can't we do it for EA.com? HELP please!!

man is it just me or does it seem to much trouble just to play this game? im a fan of dragon age but i didnt link my gamer tag to my ea account and i have spent more time trying to link the two than playing -.- can anyone help me?

The main Reason I am seeing for this is the emails you are using. For mine, the email the game is logging in with is not the same as the email on my EA account and for some reason my accounts are not syncing up. also for some reason you can not link your gamer tag to your EA account, at least I cant, it says it is not available. you can also change you email that your gamer tag is associated with to match your EA account but that might Boo boo up your gamer tag or it just plain wont let you do it. I am still flipping loving this game. The items you get from completing the DRAGON AGE demo and the first major quest with Avliene, "The way it should be" is already better then the DLC stuff so it don't matter...

This is if you need to move your gamertag to a different ea account that has your DLC.

You have to ask them to transfer your gamertag to your new account
Here is a link to live chat: support.ea.com/app/chat/livechat_launch (You need to be signed into one of the ea accounts)
But you need to know info like your date of birth for that account to confirm that its your account

After 4 hours of aggravation I was able to transfer my gamertag to my ea account with my DA2 DLC but now I still don't receive my signature edition reward, hindsight, and the other newsletter DLC even though it says its unlocked on this website and it doesn't show up as unlocked in the game.

I got all my DLC quests but the sheild and sword, and Sir Issacs armor wont show... Kind of dont care anymore it is not worth the hassle to get something I did not pay for that wont matter 1 hour into the game any way. I got it all for free because I work gamestop and we got the heads up on the free up grade to the sig edition. So what ever... It aint no thing! Free stuff that will get junked or sold an hour into the game not worth crying over spilt milk! LOL

Are you able to get the Signature DLC?

Yeah I got all the quests from black emporium and Exiled prince cause it came with both. Because those are redeem codes directly on my xbox and not through the redeem in the BIOWARE website.

The Sword and shield and sir issacs armor are deem codes through the Bioware website... i do have to say a check against Bioware is they made us do this whole registar and redeem with a profile on EA INSTEAD of doing it the way every other game does like Assassins creed and gears and what ever other game you can think of...

My mistake I meant the rewards that you have to input the code into this website to get.
