 I turned in the 50 gold pieces to open up the DR Expedition however now it is saying "Complete anything you have not done in Kirkwall" (Not as Direct though)

Judging from other RPGs in the past that I have played (Fable Series comes first to mind) should I assume I wont be able to complete these quests after the DR Expedition?

I know this is in the spoilers section due to the nature of the question but I am mainly looking for a yes or no answer on this no need to explain to me everything.

I assume so because after you finish the expedition, it will take you to a cinematic showing many years have passed and you have advanced to the nobility. I doubt those quest givers have the patient to wait for years to have their requests fulfilled. =P
