Everyone in Thedas must use the same hair stylist because the hair styles in dragon age II are the same as in DA:O. 

My compliments to Bioware for charging me $59.99 and giving me the same hair styles, tattoos and other misc resources used for character creation that I previously purchased in DA:O whilst also removing 2 races and other stuff.

Clearly Bioware are better criminals than I!
