So, I want to respec my talent points.
But I can't find the tome to unlearn my talents anywhere!

I know it's there, the journal says so. But I didn't see anybody selling it yet!
Where can I buy this tome?

Also, I wanted to make carver go sword/shield, but it seems that he doesn't get his own talent tree like everybody else on my group (the first branch on this tree would be the rivalry/friendship bonuses).
Does he get it later on ? Because there is no reason to bring him in if he just have the basic warrior skills
