I got home yesterday and started playing right away. I made it to town, hit the delivery chest and grabbed the following items I had already unlocked:
Boots of the Frozen WastesLothering's LamentThe Far Cliffs of KirkwallOf Things Not LostHayder's RazorHindsightStaff of Parthalan
It was at this point that I remembered I needed to enter the code for Fadeshear & The Lion of Orlais, so I saved while within the room with the chest, turned off DA2, unlocked the items on this site, logged back into DA2, and the chest was glowing again. Only I couldn't interact with it. I tried leaving the area and returning, but eventually I had to load an earlier save to pull all items. 
I am unlocking additional items now in Legends, and I'm concerned that I won't be able to pull them out as I unlock them.

did you try leaving gamlens house and going back in again?

Were you logged into your EA account when you tried to re-opent he chest?

I've run into the same problem it seems. I don't have the tomes anywhere in my inventory yet it says all three have been delivered.

As far as I know, though I didn't think to confirm EA or XBL connectivity. I stay connected to both by default. 

I've since been able to load a save from later in the game (and outside the house) and enter the house to get some new DA:L unlocks.

I don't have them in my inventory either. I wonder if they were automatically applied to Hawke upon removal from the chest?

The tomes are applied when you loot them and never enter your inventory.
