Hello all.  I've been trying on and off for the last couple of weeks to add points to my account, without success.  I always get a red "An error has occurred, please try again later" message on what should be the receipt page, after going through the checkout and accepting the subscriber agreement and all that.  I've tried it on several different browsers (and computers), and I was able to use this debit card in the past to buy points.  (And yeah, the card has money on it, I checked.  )  How can I resolve this issue?  And is there a way to cancel all the pending charges on my card from the failed attempts, so EA doesn't eventually take like $50 from me?  It won't, right?  I only wanted $7 worth of points...

Same problem here, I was able to buy points just a few days ago, but today, all I'm getting is that error message.

If you have issues with points, either post in aptly named "Points Support Forum" or contact or contact EA support...Bioware Store doesn't deal with Bioware Points...
