So I just redeemed all my signature edition codes, but I don't see any of the armory items (Might of the Sten, etc) in the unlockables section of the menu. Should they appear there?
I won't have a chance to play the game until tomorrow so I can't check if they are in game yet.

I'm on 360.

You have to play the game and at a certain point you will get a mission that will point you to your items. They are all stored in your house that you live in once you get to the main city.

podmark, your account appears to have these things entitled. Please make sure you are logged in to your EA online account in game and you should see all of those items inside the Special Deliveries chest in Gamlen's house once you reach Kirkwall. If not, let me know and we'll investigate further.

I am pretty much in the same situation other than having only the Blood Dragon Armor, Lothering's Lament, and one other I forgot the name of.

Newbie here...I've got some items listed under my content here but (Boots of the Frozen Wastes among others) that are not showing up under extras. Or I should say they are "greyed" out. It says to check out here if they don't show up. Am I to understand that these items will become available via a quest at some point? I have not begun the game yet as I wanted to make sure all my items were there first. Any help would be appreciated.

I have this issue as well.

The items show here as unlocked but in the "Extras" menu, they do not show as available. I am logged in with the correct account.

Same. And I know its the correct account b/c Dragon Age Legends gained the items for me getting DA2, but DA2 got very few of the items it was supposed to.

Question - my email here is not the email Live uses, is this perhaps the problem? Just trying to think this through and figure this out.

However, I did have to come here to register my game and enter the 16 digit code on my receipt from Gamestop to get the sword and sheild which are currently showing up. Maybe the email is not the prob...just thought maybe my account here was not being recognized or "syncing" on Live..

Dunno.....

And yes to Bioware or whoever may ask next, I am logged in here while the game is in the console.

Usually, I got to load a save, then go back to the main menu to see the Signature Edition items on the Unlockables screen.

after not 1 but 2 customer service chats I had entitlements activated only to have them dissappear again upon turning my xbox off (which I was told to do to cycle the "wallet") I still do not have anything other than The black Emporium listed on the downloadable content page. (such as the signature quest line the Exiled Prince, the items like stens might the bow ec. as well as the dl soundtrack. I am really really disappointed this is my experience with the game. I have had it since the 12:01 release and have been able to play a few minutes of it. and that is it. SUPER FRUSTRATED. Customer service doesnt seem to be able to anwer anything about it.

I'm having the same problem too, I have them unlocked and visible on the website under My Registered Game Content, however I can neither see them unlocked or access them on my game on the 360. It's the right account on both.

Same problem here.

My game came today. I registered the game on here, and i redeemed the codes as suggested through Xbox Live (Black Emporium and The Exiled Prince). On this site under 'Your Registered Game Content' it says i have the Signature Edition Rewards. Clicking 'More Info' says i should load Dragon Age 2, go to Extras then Unlockables to see if it is listed there. It isn't however.

Please help.

Ive seen a few user reports of the Unlockables menu not accurately reflecting which items they have access to - this is being looking in to. However, the majority of those users still have access to those items when they reach Gamlen's House and open the Special Deliveries chest. Please attempt to try this - if you are properly logged in to the EA account that corresponds with the account you redeemed your codes on and you still do not have access to these items THEN feel free to let me know and I'll investigate further.

I am having this issue, I am properly logged into my EA account and I have checked Gamlem's house. Same problem, I can only access the items i earn playing the facebook game, My signature edition items do not appear ingame(In either house) or in my extras menu. I have spent hours with customer service agents and they have no idea what the problem might be...

i have gone to the house and got hayders razor the far cliffs of kirkwall and lothering lament thats ot nothing else ive spoke to EA on there live chat site and got nothing solved after an hour and a half any ideas ??

what is the full list of items you are supposed to have access to with the signature edition? I know Exiled prince, armory, soundtrack. What else...? I have some items but not exiled prince, soundtrack and I presume the items are not in the chest.

Signature Edition is:

Seeker’s Bulwark, Ring of Resilience, Might of the Sten, Apostate’s Courage and Adder of Antiva.
The Black Emporium, The Exiled Prince and the Soundtrack

Hayder's Razor and those two tomes means that you played the demo on the same account but not that you necessarily are using the same account that is linked to this bioware.social.com account. Please make sure they are the same login/password. If they are not you will not be able to access any of those additional items.

i got in touch with ea via chat and they switched my ea account email adress over from my old one which i had no idea was different but it still hasnt helped

What can I do if I used my signature edition code on another account that isn’t linked to my Xbox gamertag? (In fact it isn´t linked to any gamertag). (I know, rookie mistake)...

- Can I link two Bioware accounts to the same gamertag?
- Can Bioware have pity on a faithful customer who buys almost every title they release, and every DLC that is   released for those games?

Or, am I condemned playing the game wondering what great treats I missed out because I was too eager to get started and created a new account when in fact I already had a Bioware account?

Please help me Bioware, you are my only hope!

Can you buy (DLC) all the equipment/stuff that you get with the Signature Edition?

Same for my self, EA tried giving me two more codes and nothing happened. Im missing on the unlockables menu, all the signature edition rewards and several weapons from unlocks ;(
