i went onto the live chat and they switched my e - mail adress over but i still cant get any of the signature edition DLC no dragon armor nothing i have one sword and two tomes thats it

I'm having the same problem, im missing the sword and sheild, and ALL signature edition items.
My account is the same on EA, as it is here. Same password and same username, My xbox 360 gamertag is linked with both accounts.
I've tryed to clear my cache on the xbox, i've checked the chest in the house, but all i got is 3 books. I've spent over 7 hours talking to Ea live support, but nobody can help me out with this.
Only think thats working at the time is the prince quest and the black-something quest.
And it seems i have no problem unlocking the items from Legends on Facebook.

If ANYONE or a Admin can help PLEASE pm me.

I'm also missing the sword and shield, and signature edition items they don't show up in unlock-ables, the special delivery's chest or my registered game content yet i entered the code on the redeem code page on this site and it came up saying "You have acquired the following items:Dragon Age II Soundtrack - Signature Edition and Signature Edition Rewards" everything is linked up fine.

I'm having the same problem (although tbh my DA experiences have been plagued by bad luck and stupid choices on my part) I tried re-entering the code on the redeem page and it actually showed up on the registered game content. The sword and shield showed up in game but NOT the Signature Edition stuff yet, rather annoyingly

The stuff has JUST appeared in the game...so my advice is to try redeem the signature code again.

1. IF you have mismatching accounts between your EA Online account and your Social Bioware account none of your unlockables will appear in game. If this applies to you, you need to get in touch with EA Customer Support and they can help you move entitlements and keys between accounts.

2. IF your game isn't showing the right items on the Extras > Unlockables menu this is a bug that will self-correct eventually. It does not (necessarily) mean you don't have access to those items. Please ensure that you are logged in and that you check Gamlen's House inside the Special Deliveries chest for those items.

3. IF you got everything except The Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais unfortunately we don't have a work around for this at the moment. It seems a small portion of accounts have this issue and we are trying to fix it.

If it's something that doesn't fall in to those categories, feel free to ask and hopefully myself or someone else will be able to answer you. Unfortunately, due to being human (atleast in part), I catch every post 24hrs a day.

No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered.

Thats all i'm getting,its NOT showing in my game content
all the other content like Exiled Prince and online are working fine.
The onlything thats not working is my signature edition code

You're sure you didnt accidentally apply it to a different account? If you register Signature Edition it gives you Exiled Prince and Black Emporium. Currently, at least on the account you're posting with, you dont have any of that entitled. So if you're actually playing with Exiled Prince my guess is that you applied it to a different account in which case #1 applies to you.

No its the same account and email adres i'm always using Here and on EA
I've never used an other account or email adress
With my edition i have 3 codes.
1 for The Exiled Prince content
1 for Online pass for the black emporium content

1 for Signature content,which is not working,and i think never will be because its not showing in my 'registered game content'.
If i try it again, i'm getting ' Unable to redeem code. That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again'

1: EA have linked my account recently and said its linked correctly.

2: I dont have those items

I have done everything stated... I have went above and beyond on my end... At this point I'm beginning to not care if I get the crap that I've wasted so much time earning and paying for... I just want you personally to know that that deep breath you took right there is a HUGE part of my personal growing issue.

I wonder how much luck Bioware will have with everyone participating in their "please pre-order, please register, please play my crap facebook game, please like us on facebook" game when next they come calling.

Look at my account on here... see all that crap that I am supposed to have? Well, I'm logged in with the same account on Xbox and that crap doesn't exist in game for me. I have been dealing with EA since the midnight launch and the only difference between them and you is they are better at hiding just how much they don't want to be part of the solution.

I am not prone to getting upset over games. I am not prone to posting on forums, period. My leisure time is supposed to provide me with leisure, not stress. There are other entertainment options available for my ever shrinking dollar.

I'm having the same problem as Xandorra. Same email on Xbox Live, Bioware site and EA site and all I am getting is the usual unlockables but no Signature Edition stuff. The Exiled Prince and Black Emporium I got fine but anything under the Signature Edition just doesn't pop up either in my game or in the your content page here. I tried to redeem my code again but I get the 'You have already used this code' thingy.

Help would be much appreciated dudes.

My EA account was mixed up, EA "merged" my accounts.

The only things that appeared in the chest were the Blood Dragon armor set, and a few tomes.

The other odd thing is that I have the Black Emporium, but no Fadeshear or Sheild of Orlais.  It honest looks a lot like DA2 is talking to my EA account, but it isn't listening to anything my EA account says.  DA: Legends got the bonus items/character from getting DA2, but DA2 isn't getting any of the items from DA:L.

I guess i should have read all of this befor i posted the same problem,I used the same email on my new xbox as i did on my ea account so now im not sure if im doing it wrong,also i had blood dragon armor on dragon age 1 although i was on a ps3 for that but agian with the same email really all i want is that cool staff an the lion of orlais wich is odd it didnt show up because the black Emporium did,
