So this is Probably retarded to ask but I can't get my Blood Dragon Armor on DA2 but I have it on DAO can anyone help me figure out why? I erased my saved and started over, waited 2 days for it to update, but it's not even on the community site that shows what I have unlocked.

i am having the same problem. i cannot download the soundtrack, and do not have the items in my chest in kirkwall either.

and i have checked that everything is sync'd up correctly. account wise that is.

when i entered the code it said that i had unlocked them, but it doesn't show em in my registered game content either.

I have signature edition, I registered and still miss the Lion of Orlais and Fadeshear. On the webpage there is written that PC/MAC has it. Luke wrote that they're working on it.
So it's gonna be available for xbox too?

I am having the same problem here, It says I have the content in the unloackables menu but when I check the chest I see nothing... Not even Issac's armour!

I hope this gets fixed asap! Also wouldn't it just been easier to make it a DLC on Xbox Live then we wouldn't have this problem from the first place?

Quick update, I got all of my sig edition content but there are still a few more content that I am missing like the razor sword for playing the demo and for liking DA on Facebook

None of my stuff has appeared in the chest at Gamlens house, despite having the signature edition and having EA synch my accounts for me =(
This is very annoying, as I am now missing alot of extra stuff.

i also redeemed my signature edition code under the wrong e-mail. i've been trying to get some help with this but haven't been able to find the right avenues. any one know who i have to talk to to get this fixed. Also having the same issues with a few items that i did manage to sign up properly. i hope this gets fixed soon< very frustrating. Great game though.

Yeah I tried redeeming my signature edition content on the bioware site and it won't show up on my xbox, I talked to the EA game support back and forth in email for about 3 hours and he finally said he couldn't help anymore and that i had to come to this forum for help. For some reason it shows up on my bioware account as registered content with all my other content from Dragon Age origins and Mass Effect II, but it won't show up when i load the game. So my signature edition is pretty much null at this point is there any way to fix that?

Yeah... Having the same problem. I'm even in Act II, so I know it's not because I haven't reached the chest in Gamlen's house. All of the Signature Addition/Gamestop preorder rewards are not showing up.

I have been looking through all the people that are complaining about not getting the bonuses, Most of you guys don't have your Gamertag linked to EA. That is why it show Dragon Age II in GREY in your bio, Instead of Red and Clickable like mine.

If your game is Grey out and not Red like mine,
Go to www.ea.com/profile
Log in
Make sure your Console Personas for Xbox is the Same as your Gamertag.
If it is and you have Verified your Account through Email.

Then you have a Problem and can complain that Bioware isn't doing their Job.

Have all bonus content EXCEPT Signature Ed under unlockables nor DLC menus, although it says under my redeem page I have it, so I don't know what to do.  I verified my accounts, too.  I bought DA2 on both systems, PS3 has Sig. Ed. under DLC along with Exiled Prince & Black Emporium, but 360 doesn't.  Even stranger, PS3 Sig. Ed. on redeem page doesn't register even though its in the game...help us please!!!

I also noticed that Sig. Ed. isn't under my 360 download history either, but Black Emporium & Exiled Prince are.

I've actually created a thread of my own issues with my bonus items in DA 2, and they are explained better in it: http://social.biowar...581922#6581922  - but here is the short version.

I have indeed entered my codes here on social.bioware, all account information between here, my 360 gamertag, and my email are all proper and match. The bonus items show up here in my content, but in neither my unlockables nor in the Special Deliveries Chest in Gamlen's house. Just to make sure that all of my information is correct, I checked all of my DLC items and bonus content for my Mass Effect 2 game, and they all work perfectly.

I've contacted EA a few times, and from what the agents there have been telling me (and what I can see for myself by looking here) - all my entitlements show up on this account. Across both games, but only one of them is working as intended. If anyone can help me sort this out, as EA has done their best but apparently has a wrench in the system somewhere, I would appreciate it immensely!

I seem to be having the same problem as Al the catman, Xandorra and Kill Cruiser. Everything else shows up, and it is showing up under registered content, but it isnt showing up under the extras menu. Its worrying.
