Same here.  Would really like to have access to the bonus content as it was a big part of the reason I pre-ordered.

I am in this same boat, my social bioware account lists a bunch of items as unlocked, but in game the only thing that shows up as unlocked/available on the downloadable content page is the black market emporium. The exiled prince for example, which is unlocked on my account here, shows up as being 560 MS points on the xbox 360.

I still do not have the might of sten and i have the signature addition, i also never got my mage's staff from the newsletter. Additionally my Sabastian achievements are all glitched. I love this game but man there are a lot of bugs. I am a loyal biowareist and I just want a cool sword for my warrior and the proper staff for my mage.

My signature edition stuff is still missing, what was the point of pre-ordering back in November for this? Boo-urns! Even called EA for 30 mins on wednesday (sure to cost a bomb!) and all they done was refer me to their "Tier 3" centre, cheers guys! Also my Sebastian DLC is glitched....

all i got was the exiled prince(which the acheivements for it are glitched and not popping up) and the black emporium,the two tomes and haydars razor but nothing else? and yes my account is the same i had ea customer support switch it over.

Ya now that I see I am not the only person with the problem I feel better.... Everything on my Registered game content is not showing up in my box. I was helped previously as i changed my Windows Live ID and it still said mine was linked to my old so they changed that for me then when I told the Support team he gave me a code for my SE content which happened to be a Black Emporium code I don't know how those are the same HaHa... I love Bioware as they have never really made a bad game, but they do have alot of problems with DLC and Bonus Items for some reason. If there was no Bonus Items no one would be complaining about not getting them. Hopefully here soon they just have a single download in the Marketplace to get everything. Tbh I just want my SE content as this is what i payed for the other stuff would be nice to have to just to mess around with, but you gotta pick your battles with people.

Dear Luke,

I have the same problem:

1) My account was wrong but then fixed;
2) I have got only 2 tomes in my unlockables, all the rest is not lighted up and in Gamlen's house I only found the two tomes, no sword, armour or anything (I am at the beginning of the game);
3) I have literally got nothing

Please let me know if there is a fix!

EA gave me a new code but I don't have the fadeshear, the lion of orlais or the signature edition music soundtrack

all my accounts are linked and i still only have the two tomes and hayders razor. i have spent hours trying to get this worked out and no one at EA seems to know what to do. i dont know why bioware and EA cant just put this stuff on xbox live and give us a code to download it like every other company can. this game has been out way to long for there still to not be a solution to this problem as obviously this is fairly widspread with people owning the signature edition copy. this will be the last time i preorder a bioware game untill they fix what is clearly a stupid system of content delivery. this is made all the worse that bioware makes such great games and i would love to preorder everyone that comes out but i would reather just not have to deal with the stress of trying to get stuff i already should have.

I swear, EA/BioWare needs to make a big pack of every single pre-order item and just put it on marketplace and PSN. A little compensation for all of this bull**** and the amount of QA and bug fixing the consumers have had to do.

i think they might have just given up on the bonus items because they still dont have a fix yet and it has been a freaking long time to still not have a solution to the problem.

Ok guys. I had the same problem as you. Not sure if this is fixed now, im reading this rather late. BUT this is what happened to me. My linked email address is gmail, but as I find somethings register my email differently. So you need to check guys because my EA account was ----@googlemail.com but the email I activated all my bonus content for was ---@gmail.com its the same email. As soon as I changed the registered "gmail" to the "googlemail" I got all my content. Hope this helps.

I had everything in green from the list on this sight, prior to the release date. I wasn't able to get any of the rewards listed with the expt of the Blood Drag Arm, the books and Hade Razor. I thought there might be a patch sent out by now, so I tried to play again today. Nothing has changed. I just spent a 2hr chat with EA, and the email matches. That was all they could do. The rep said that some XBOX servers were down. She told me I would be unable to download any DLC right now.

There is nothing to download. I can log into the marketplace. I even got an update when I started the game, prior to our chat. My accounts are both assign to @gmail.com But the game menu says Linked To EA Account @qmail.com. There is no qmail. Now how can I possib change that...If it even has anything to do with my current issue.

The Bioware Support link from here just takes me back to EA. Am i just missing something...
