Anyone know how to give a stat bonus based on spellpower? I'm looking at tweaking the Shapeshifter specialization to make it more useful, and this is one of the things I'd like to do, but I can't figure out how. Currently it appears the stats are simply (base + character level * level modifier) based on the values in shapeshift.xls. I can add a passive ability (all 3 have room) but the passive abilities seem to only allow discrete value increses. The "Rage" bear ability seems to be based on spellpower, but I can't figure out how it does so.
