The DA2 Signature edition comes with a free download of the full soundtrack,

There are 29 tracks and the download is in Wav format so it i superb quality but takes a while to download

Honestly, in my opinion the soundtrack of origins is much better. The only song that pleases me from DA2 is the main theme.

Sadly I have to agree. The DA2 soundtrack is adequate but feels rather generic.

I disagree I loved the DA 2 as well as the DA:O soundtrack I am just bummed that I'm not calling you a liar is not on the signature edition soundtrack

12 Mp3 tracks for 4$ witch is all included in the original game?

It'd be nice if you made this available outside of North America. I can't buy it from the UK, iTunes says my account doesn't allow purchases from the US store.

Technically, ripping resources from a game (or a movie DVD or anything like that) is illegal. It's one of those laws like how it's illegal to record music off the radio or to do "unauthorised lending" of a DVD or game; kind of silly, not really enforced unless it's done in a very visible way. I mean, you must have heard of official soundtracks before now, right? And those tracks will always be available on the game or DVD "for free".

I think he was talking about the free soundtrack with the Signature Edition, which is indeed 29 WAV files with over 75 minutes of music.

I believe the game itself uses the ogg format to save space, but I could be wrong.

I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't in the Signature Edition Soundtrack. I could probably look past that though, if it were available elsewhere.

Agreed dragon age origins/ and da2 have some great music- some really relaxing tunes in the mix- i like the music in fenris house and the love scene music. lol

 After listening and falling in love with "I'm not calling you a Liar" I noticed nobody else has theme songs that attach to characters! Why?<_<

I wanna make a soundtrack for myself because I'm a dork and I love this game so much!
I romanced Anders as a female and the song that stroke out to me was "Alejate de Mi" by Camila. And for Aveline's love quest "Picking up Pieces" by Blue October.

Anyone else?

How do u get the sound track if u have an xbox 360? i got the signature edition but im not sure how to access it, even though i downloaded everything.

On the iTunes Australian store, there is the normal 12 track Dragon Age 2 soundtrack and a 10 track additional soundtrack titled "Dragon Age 2: The Darker Side" and I was wanting to know if the remaining 7-8 songs will be released on iTunes, as the song I like (Destiny of Love) is not yet on iTunes.

They have a new soundtrack that has that song on it. It's called Epic Time or something like that. It is a presale and it has the Hawke Theme from the trailer on it!!!!

Although I wish the signature edition would have included the soundtrack on a special features disk so i could have put it on my console library. Similar to what Assassin's Creed LE did.

Looks like Bioware keeps releasing more music "The Darker Side" "Epic Time". The best track worth getting off the soundtrack was Rogue Heart. Aubrey Ashburn managed to captivate me again into buying a DA ost. I'm disappointed they didn't include an instrumental version of it that they used in the game during the 'Night Terrors' quest! I hope Bioware releases it eventually.

Same thing happened to me also, Ashburn (once again!) sounded so good on Rogue Heart it basicly sold the album to itself.

Also the album itself could've used few more themes in my opinion (for characters, Fenris is the only one to have his own theme). Now the characters' themes are basicly the background music of the area itself.

Otherwise, a very good album yet again.
