[Recycled Human]

I'm playing through on nightmare trying to get through a year in Kirkwall with no one falling in combat. I finish a battle involving a Mage an assassin and a couple trash mobs when suddenly I notice aveline is injured. She's still moving around hasn't even come close to death. Did I miss something or can injuries be inflicted by assassins/mages now?
