It's the only bug I've noticed but it's very annoying. The gold appears on the corpse, box, crate, or whatever it is, along with the items but when I go to check my inventory screen it hasn't increased, though I still get the items. I can also get gold from selling things and completing quests, but no dice on the corpses or containers. It's happened throughout the whole game.

My specs are passed the minimum. I've downloaded Signature Edition, The Black Emporium, and The Exiled Prince. I got my copy from GameStop as a digital download.
