Why can't I get the scoundrel talent "Goad" to work? help please :)

I play on the 360 and whenever I lay down goad it just sends the enemies straight to me. I'm not sure how to make it target another character (my tank).

Both Goad and Armistice rogue abilities do not currently work on Console due to an issue with the targeting mechanic.

I'm glad Bioware is keeping with the tradtion of broken skills in the game, it wouldn' be a Dragon Age game if half of the skills didn't work properly. Good job, way to exceed my expectation!
