Could you be a bit more specific? Why do you need to talk to her, which act are you in, which quest are you doing, etc.

I'm thinking it's the shoulder. She keeps it padded because getting all tingly in the middle of a duel, while pleasant, is rather impractical.

Where the shoulder meets the base of the neck. Extra sensitive when teeth are involved.
