OK so I'm currently in act 2 and there have been a couple of quests where I've had to enter the Qunari compound and I usually take Isabela with me everywhere because I really admire the size of her... um.... boots.... but when I open the Qunari gate she says something to the extent of an excuse and disappears from the party, and I have to readd her, but if I try to enter again, same thing.
Maybe it's revealed later in the story and if that's the case, there's no reason for anyone to answer because I'd rather not have it spoiled, but in case I've just missed some piece of plot up to this point, why doesn't she want to be around the Qunari or enter their compound?

It will be revealed as you move through Act 2, but Ill leave you with a bit of advice to save you the headache I went through. When she finds her relic, let her make the trade/deal with Castillon, it wont solve the problem you might think it would.
