Hey, I have:
1. Windows Vista SP1
2. Geforce GTX 280 (DirectX 10 capable)
3. Updated graphic cards driver
4. Updated Direct X (checked on dxdiag, it says I have version 10)

The problem is the game only detects DirectX 9 on my system. I can only run on Medium (Dx 9) Graphics details, but not High (Dx 10). I wonder if this is because I'm running a Vista SP1?

It's odd to me. After googling, I found that Vista SP 1 has Dx 10 and that's what I have on my system. While Vista SP2 is capable of running Dx 11, given that the graphic card has it built in.

Thanks.

DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 cards both use DirectX11 Render. So if you want just select Dx11 Option under video. There is no separate DirectX 10 Render, that is why it is grayed out.
