On the 360, I am signed into my XBox LIVE account, and I see on the main navigation screen "Gamertag: [my tag]" and "Linked to EA Account: [my account]".

Upon going to the Extras/Unlockables screen, I see that Hayder's Razor, The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall, and Lothering's Lament highlighted, and the rest are shaded.  When I go to the house in Kirkwall and open the DLC chest (not the Storage chest), I am able to acquire Razor and the book, but that is all.  However, I should have a lot more than that.

I entered the codes from Pre-ordering, from Dead Space 2, registered the game, blah blah blah.  Here is what my Bioware Account says I should have:

I've even tried waiting an entire day (real time) for the stuff to just magically show up... shut the machine off, relogged into my LIVE account, etc.  No dice.

Help?

Same here. I had a total of 16 unlocks I should have, and all I got were a couple tomes and the Blood Dragon Armor. The EA.com people have actually already helped me with one issue in relation to this, and I didn't even have to wait a day for them to fix it. Just be patient.

I went to social.bioware.com/promos and I can't find a link for most of the stuff in the unlockables. I already have the exiled prince and the black emporium ... and those are the only two with links. I'm trying to figure out how to get Hindsight, staff of Parthalan, blood dragon armor, ser isaac's armor, ivo family crest, Dura's blue flame, air of confidence, evra's might and evra's trophy belt ... there is no mention of any of these items on the page it directs me to.

What am I missing? I've typed in all the codes I got with Dragon Age II and off the receipt.

I put in my code for my signature edition and it shows in my registered game content.

But it does not show up in my unlockables section at the menu screen like all my other stuff does. Do I have to wait a while or something?

It does not show up in the menu, but the SE items are there in your home when you pick up your other stuff.

Hindsight - Register for the BioWare Newsletter on the Penny Arcade page.

Staff of Parthalan - Register for the BioWare Newsletter.

Blood Dragon Armor - Must have had the Blood Dragon Armor in Dragon Age: Origins or Mass Effect 2.

Ser Isaac's Armor - Enter the code found in your Dead Space 2 box on the BioWare Social site to grant this entitlement.

Ivo Family Crest, Dura's Blue Flame, Air of Confidence, Evra's Might and Evra's Trophy Belt - These five items are unlocked as you play Dragon Age Legends on Facebook.

As an update, I did a Live Chat, and during it the person on the other end (Tony) was very polite and helpful. He gave me 2 codes to enter on the bioware social site, and manually added the "entitlements" to my profile. The items, however, still haven't shown up (about an hour and a half later).

I'm not sure where to turn next. These are not the SE items - these are the other ones.

SCM003 - do you mean Gamlen's home in Lowtown? Because if you do, I still have an issue, even after these items were manually added to my account by a CS Rep.

they gave me the entitlements and they dissa[[eared from my unlockables list the first time I turned my xbox off. so frustrtated right now. The cust service seems confused as to what to do. I did 2 chats and I still cant get exiled prince or the signature edition stuff to appear.

haha, it seems this is not just my own problem.... I emailed EA the other day because I had the wrong account connected to the DA servers and they fixed that but I still don't have my items for registering my game and signing up for the Newsletter and all that! C'mon Bioware!

I have the same problem, with the exact same items. If I had to guess, there's a miscommunication between biowares social site and the game servers or something. My entitlements show that I'm flagged for everything I should be, anyways.

I've got all promos and stuff except the ones from the different preorders and from Dragon Age Legends (oh, except the very first one) and I think I got everything I should when I opened the chest in Gamlen's House but I did not get any of the three tomes from the 1,000,000 demo downloads thing.

There might be other unlocks I didn't get actually, but I got so many items I didn't check them all. I do know for sure though that I did not get any of the tomes... or am I supposed to pick those up somewhere else? :/
