My buddy put in and linked the wrong email to the account with his exclusives. He has one email that doesn't have his live gamertag nor the emial he uses for his live account linked to it that has his exclusives and another that has no exclusives, is the same email as his gamertag and has nothing else.

I think he made the second account from being enraged, when the system was being put in place it didn't work right.
