There doesn't seem to be.
I've tried almost every variation!
Only one I haven't tried yet is visiting Gascard in Darktown and getting him to do a blood ritual to find Leandra.

I don't think you can since there is no way for you to warn her or kill her killer before she is dead.

Hmm...I haven't tried that, it might work. Maybe on my next playthrough.

Yeah. It's a hidden objective. You can do this instead of going to Gamlen in Lowtown to follow the blood trail.

I see... hmm... I'll try that. I wouldn't put it past Bioware to put a hard choice in the game like that.
