 After helping the chick with her duel, I kill everyone and find Hayden's Letter. The quest text now states "Go to the chantry to deal with Hayder". Yet, when I go there, it wont let me enter the Chantry. It just has that big golden arrow over it, like all other objectives do, and that's it. I run up to it and press A. Nothing. It doesn't even give me a choice to enter or not. Chick is just standing there too, can't talk to her.

Any solutions or ideas?

This is caused by looting Hayder's letter immediately after the encounter completes (before Isabela tells you to loot the bodies). You can try leaving Hightown and doing another quest and coming back later but the safest bet is to reload anywhere before picking up Hayder's letter.

RK5, what issue requires you to start all the way from the beginning again to fix? Perhaps I can help?
