Hi,

I have started ME2 four times now, and keep having my data
get corrupted or my game will freeze and lose my saves. I have done it
twice with an imported character and twice with a new character. It is
really starting to annoy me to spend all those money on a game that I
cant play! I tried cleaning the disc the first time thinking that is
what caused it to freeze. Then the second time looked up and saw that
the game was having problems with imported characters. I then started a
new character and still it will say that the game is corrupted and then I
lose all my work. Does anyone now of a patch that is out, or how to fix
this problem. At the moment I dont have xbox live so I am hoping it is
something easy to fix.

Do you have problems with other games?

Is ME2, installed onto your HD?

I wasn't having problems with any of my other games till ME2 saved and corrupted. I have it on my xbox hard drive, it still says that it has files but wont let me play them. It also wont let me use any of my other games saved data now. I tried playing a different game and it corrupted that profile and wont recognize that I have saved info even though I can see it in my memory

Do you have DLC from multiple games? Are there also problems with those?

Have you used your profile on multiple consoles and trying to play off-line?

You can try to clear your memory cache to see if it is an issue with a bad update.
