So I'm playing away and as I uncover new areas, screenshots are "added" - but where are they added?  I have not seen any new items in my online profile for DAYS (not hours as suggested).  Basically, my last update was when I was a level 3 character (I'm 11 or 12 now).

It would be cool to Facebook some of the adventures, but no dice.

How can I fix this?

ive got the same problem, its horrible.

As far as i can see all my friends are updating but mine is not. It still reads mine as Level 1

Same problem here. I saw a big topic about this a few days ago but back then it wasen't an issue for me. Now I can't seem to find it since I can't master the search-function on the forum O_O

(everytime I try to search for a keyword I just get random user pictures and clicking on them takes me to their personal profiles..)



Could anyone be kind to post a link to that thread?

Same here. The achievements upload, but the characters don't update at all.

To make matters worse, two of the characters only have backgrounds and no picture too.

I tried the following: (it hasn't worked thus far)



1) opened the configuration utility

2) CLEARED all settings for online

3) SAVED the settings

4) Launched the game (for login via the game)

5) Exited the game

6) opened the configuration utility, re-selected each online setting, saved the settings, re-launched, etc.



It hates me.....

I've had same issue. Are you using a retail version of the game? Or digital download? I got mine through Steam (probably the last time due to a total lack of decent support). I found this under the FAQ from the profile page and just assume it's either a digital download or Steam thing, which will hopefully get corrected in the near future.



Why aren't some of my character stats updating on the website?



There is a problem with certain builds of Dragon Age: Origins where certain character data (heroic stats, base stats, heroic party stats) are not re-uploaded until you change equipment or level-up. To make sure these stats get updated on the website, change your character's equipped items and save your game - this should re-upload the updated data.

you may need to scroll down a bit from the search to find the "actual" results as it's kind enough to show who's posting recently (most recent 4) and who has the most posts on the forums overall (top 4)

It seems to be resolved! My profile is now pretty much up-to-date. Now I can embarrass myself publically when folks see that the hours and hours I have put into this game have yielded such little actual results... haha!



I am really having a blast with this game. The story is really well done and I think this whole community will grow and add great value. I like the idea of a community over a monthly fee stucture. I'll still spend the same on DLC, but it's sort of like a "Dragon Age Facebook" thing - cool.

Ditto - I've been playing logged on every day since release and it hasn't updated in about 4 - 5 days.  Was getting the temp unavailable message on the site 15 min ago - will log back into game tomorrow and see if anything updates.

My little trick above seemed to work for me. It seemed to take a long time after my final restart and "resume game" - so word of warning that it may be taking awhile to upload if there has been some data changed (like my level 3 to 12 progress).



I *suspect* that maybe at some time I was not connected to the internet and my progress was stopped and never resumed. Like I said - it seems to be working for me now and my steps are listed above.

Tried LFDog's method - it did not work. I tried switching to another character and back in the game, uploading screenshots (btw, screenshots do not appear either, strangely the in-game profile screen correctly increments the number of uploaded screenshots, however the recently uploaded screenshots themselves do not appear in my web profile).

It is even more curious that my achievements seem to update correctly, except for the two "Recent Achievements" under my profile picture.

My guess is, the game uploads to a dedicated server that is synchronized from time to time with the one that runs the website, and there is a load related synchronization issue between the two servers.

I hope they sort it out soon.

Update: after switching to my warrior and back to my mage, the online data of my warrior was updated, but my mage is still shown according to her status on Nov 15 (lvl 13 instead of lvl 17). However, her achievements are properly recorded online, e.g. she got the Master Warden achievement today and it is shown among the achievements.

I am now completely confused.

Well, the servers are completely borked. First of all, I noticed that depending on time of the day the uploading of my progress fails with a timeout error message. Today, the game managed to upload my progress, but strangely, only the stats of my first character (Desyndra) are updated, the status of my second character (Neira) is still as it was on Nov 15.
