for the mission Fools rush in ive experienced a bug where after the initial fight i pick up the quest item then move to where the quest marker is at the chantry door and it never gives me the option to enter my team and the girl from the quest i forgot her name just stands there hopelessly waiting for me to open the door ive resarted the console done other mission and no matter what if i go there at night she is just standing there anyone else have this problem it sucks because i know she is a future party member

most likely i cant go back to my auto save cause i did about 5 mission seeing if this would fix itself but nope come on bioware i love what you do but this game seems a bit rushed if you need help testing let me know im free??

This happened to me as well and my last save slot is waaay back.

This is a known issue. According to the devs (I can't find the thread where I saw it originally, but if I find it I'll post a link), this is caused by looting the enemy BEFORE Isabella tells you to search the bodies. If you wait until she suggests looting them and THEN loot the body, the quest can progress normally.

Wow did not know that and now I am haveing the same problem. Guess I will go ahead to the deep roads. I'm kinda disappointed because I had less bugs in origins than I did in this game.

PS There is a infinite experience trick in this game in the viscounts palace. You can return an item to a girl across from Aveline's room and keep talking to her and she will keep giving you experience and soverns. I have like over 1000 soverign just from talking with her over and over.

Can you continue without completing this task? I've just got this bug and a bug with Duty at the docks at night as I accidentally went down the sewer hole after killing the mercs but now they are dead but the mission hasn't completed

u can continue without completing a number of quests, but u will likely lose the chance to get those companions and/or getting rewards and xp for completing them. not the best route to take. if this bug happens, it would be best to go back to last best save to start over

you can actually do this xp glitch with any person u give items to in the first 2 acts. you just need to have your character and your companions standing perfectly still when u give the item back and repeatedly press A

Although be aware that even though you level up, so do the enemies and the highest mage staff at level 50 is only a 52 damage, so when you get to act 2 later and act 3, you will get your a** handed to you by the enemies as they will be much stronger.......

yea, im aware of this. i used the glitch for the unstpoopable acheivement, but i will just play the old fashioned way for now on. doesnt hurt and its just as fun, if not more
