I push play and then the load screen pops up for a spit second and then nothing happens
I have tried everything on this forum updated my drivers, put it on 9 X, uninstalled and reinstalled twice and all the other odds and ins but nothing.
Is it my copy of the game or what?

I'm having the same problem - it appears that many people are having this problem. I've updated my drivers, etc., and still nothing. Push play, get a brief DOS screen for about a half second, that goes away, and then nothing. It apparently doesn't load the game (it doesn't show up as a process), but I get no crash message.

Generally speaking, a majority of the Geforce drivers from the past two years will BREAK this game for cards older than the GT200 generation, which includes your card. You can get a fast fix by simply finding a driver 24 months old, and using it. That's not saying that all of the recent drivers break the game with the more elderly cards, just most of them.
