First I want to say that despite the flaming by PC RPG purists (yes I played Baldur's Gate too), I do enjoy Dragon Age 2 thus far.  That said, there are some missing features and/or bugs that need to be addressed.  Some of these were features that were in DA:O and omitted from DA2 for whatever reason.

-Autoattack

-X button loot details/compare functionality when opening containers and corpses, not just in inventory menu; this was in DA:O

-So runes can't be unsocketed now?  Some explanation or tooltips would be nice.

-Why do most sustained abilities STILL shut off when travelling between areas?  This was a problem in DA:O as well.  It's annoying to have to wait for a 30+ second cooldown or to have to go into a battle while the cooldown is counting and be unable to use the ability.

-Better tactics functionality for turning sustained abilities on and off.  Like being able to attach that to a tactic which uses an ability (eg. turn on this mode, cast this spell, turn off this mode), as well as more conditions for them.  It is very difficult or impossible to get the AI to manage characters with complex sustained abilities (eg. Anders) intelligently.

-Quest markers on the minimap and full map need to show you which quest they are for.  Even with an "active quest" selected, it is impossible to look at a mp of a zone with multiple quest markers and know which is which without actually walking up to them.  My active quest should be huge and impossible to miss on every single map screen or UI.

-Why can't I talk to my party members unless I am actively working on their quest?  Is it too much to ask for interactive dialogue similar to how you could talk to them all in camp in DA:O?  It seems like I hardly know them.
