I posted this on the general board as well but wasn't sure where it should go.

What mechanism moves these from rumors to quests you can investigate?

I started with 5 and have managed to do 2 so far but I'm not sure what triggers them opening up.

I'm... venturing a guess here, but I've had "..." show up on my quest list under certain areas. Maybe you go there and investigate, and that turns it into a quest?

I'm pretty sure there are milestones for each one. In other words they trigger into quests when you do certain other things.

Or it might be a level requirement for each one...least thats what it seems like to me. As I've been gaining more levels, more rumors turn into quests. Course thats just a guess, but it seems like a very convenient coincidence...hope I spelled those right haha

RUMOURS

HI Does anyone know where you can get a list telling you the rumours so you know if youve done them all like the [color=#ff0000">Dragon Age Homepage Tells you the lists of all the quests, Main, Secondary, Companion &] also some thief in the shop when I bought it new nicked my codes because the disks were in a draw[/color][/i] so I couldnt register or get the DLC, which I think adds someone called Sebastian to Companions, please help if you can.

They are more or less suggestions and lead ins to future quests. Shepherding Wolves is such a quest, where as it only becomes available after you complete Blackpowder Promise. The rumors themselves hold no real significance other than pointing you in the direction of the location of the quest. What triggers each quest is generally a particular Main quest being completed.

As you should be doing every available quest, you will eventually come across every quest mentioned in the rumors.
