Femshep is a waste of space on the disc and needs to go, bioware. I am writing you so you now what the fans truly feel in their hearts. Oh, and Bioware, please remove the fade to black shots. I am an adult. I know what the various body parts look like. Add a disclaimer/waiver at registration and you are no longer liable for 14 year old boys looking at boobies.

First of all, hello! I'm quite new to this forum having fallen in love with ME2 after it's PS3 release. However I can't believe how much animosity I've already come across with this thread being a good example! I play as female shepard, just because I like to play as a female where I can but I have absolutly nothing against male shepard. I believe both are voiced well and both look good but I just happen to prefer female characters, especially when I can put so many personal choices into the story so would be devestated if I were to lose femshep.

I cannot decide whether I find this thread hillarious due to the responses so far, or slightly depressing due to OP.

Personally as a guy, I may have more mansheps, but I do enjoy playing as femshep as well, one isnt better than the other, and each offer something different.

Anyway to join in the fun, while Bioware are at it, why not get rid of Garrus, as awesome as he is, all he seems to do is 'callibrate' thus adding nothing to the game  (I am gonna run away and hide now)

Well, I  haven't browsed this forum since a bit before ME2 was released and all the creepy Tali and Garrus threads are permanently burned into my memory. But the Tali ones even more than the Garrus threads.

I'm just occasionaly popping in now to see if there's any new news on the Arrival DLC.

No one forced you to go on those threads.....

I didn't read them of course, just that they were so long and I was told to check them out ( I was also curious about how they could talk about one character for such a long time).  I would also occasionaly get into arguments with people about how Bioware wouldn't let Tali be a LI because she would get sick and that it just didn't make sense. It also very much annoyed me how they could basically worship a character that was a walking codex in the first game. 

Of course, that was a year ago and I am much more used to what kind of people are on the internet so I just ignore most things now. Before I started using the internet (like on forums and stuff) I honestly didn't even know that there were people with no friends.

Why would I read fanfic? Sounds dreadfully dull to me especially in a universe as boring as ME (Shepard gets into action but most people do not).

The ME universe is boring?  Sir, I am offended!  Clearly, you didn't spend hours reading the Codex or hunting down every little detail and snippet of dialogue like I did!

Some fics are actually pretty good, but a noticeable chunk of it is really bad pronz.
