I prefef femshep. Not because it's a female and I prefer looking at her rear more than the male one. But, since there's no official face to femshep, the voice seems right in whatever version i come up with.

With male shep, the VA only seems right on default shep. And the custom male sheps just look plain stupid in comparison with male shep.

So, I get one male shep and an infinite number of fem sheps with this game. Sometimes I prefer no choice, but most of the time I like the idea of having options.

Actually, my custom Maleshep looks and acts better then the default one, and I can't hear Mark Meer's voice if it's not my Shepard, fits him perfectly.

No, I almost got banned by Pacifen once for it..... although the mods are all busy in the DA forums..... No, nope, I won't do it.

I have the sinking suspicion that they might actually be enjoying this departure. I have seen Chris locking a few threads people have been spamming around here.

Well, I  haven't browsed this forum since a bit before ME2 was released and all the creepy Tali and Garrus threads are permanently burned into my memory. But the Tali ones even more than the Garrus threads.

I'm just occasionaly popping in now to see if there's any new news on the Arrival DLC.

No one forced you to go on those threads.....

I didn't read them of course, just that they were so long and I was told to check them out ( I was also curious about how they could talk about one character for such a long time).  I would also occasionaly get into arguments with people about how Bioware wouldn't let Tali be a LI because she would get sick and that it just didn't make sense. It also very much annoyed me how they could basically worship a character that was a walking codex in the first game. 

Of course, that was a year ago and I am much more used to what kind of people are on the internet so I just ignore most things now. Before I started using the internet (like on forums and stuff) I honestly didn't even know that there were people with no friends.

Or are you just mad that someone likes a character that you dont? Does it affect you in any way? Why bring it up in a thread that has nothing to do with it? Maybe you should grow up? Like the OP of this thread.

Using a loose sales figure of 3.5 million, that would mean that 700,000 Femsheps are playing the game, many of which are backed by real women.

That's a lot of chicks playing an action/RPG or whatever you want to call it. I will go as far as to say it may be unprecedented.

It says playthroughs. I have played through ME1 6 times 4 male two female. Going by game data that is likely counting as me a male player with 33% female. The only extrapolation is 1in 5 playthroughs is a fem shep regarless of sex of player.

So if you have an actual female that plays 6 times all fem Shep you get an idea where this could be going. The safe assumption is there are less than 700,000 females playing ME. I'd say no more than half of that and even less. Now if they had a count on sex of user that'd be quite helpful.
